By accessing or using the AstroSolution mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Nature of Service & Disclaimer

AstroSolution provides astrology consultations and horoscope-related services. All advice, opinions, and predictions provided by astrologers are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is not an exact science, and predictions may vary. The consultations do not constitute professional legal, medical, psychiatric, financial, or tax advice. AstroSolution makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcome of any consultation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

Wallet, Payments, Refunds & Payouts

For Users (Customers)

  • Users must recharge their wallet to access paid consultations.
  • Charges are calculated and deducted on a per-minute basis according to the rates of the selected astrologer. Any part of a minute used will be rounded up to the nearest full minute (for example, a consultation session lasting 61 seconds will be billed as 2 minutes).
  • Short Session Policy: For non-live consultation sessions (audio calls, video calls, or chat sessions), if the connection duration with the astrologer is less than 1 minute (60 seconds), no charge is deducted from the user's wallet.
  • Refund Policy: All wallet recharges are final and non-refundable. At the sole discretion of AstroSolution, refunds may be considered only in cases of verified technical failures where a connection was not established, or due to severe network disruption (e.g. dropped calls, inaudible quality), or language mismatch. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes/accuracy. Claims must be submitted to support within 24 hours.

For Astrologers (Service Providers)

  • Astrologers will earn a share of the consultation fees collected from the user, calculated based on the actual duration of the consultation and their agreed commission split.
  • Short Session Payout Policy: For non-live consultation sessions, if the session duration is less than 1 minute (60 seconds), no fee is collected from the user, and consequently, no payout or credit is issued to the astrologer for that session.
  • Payout Processing: Earned credits will be accumulated in the astrologer's account balance and can be withdrawn by submitting a payout request, subject to platform verification, applicable tax deductions, and minimum payout thresholds.

Product Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds are issued for physical products (gemstones, rudraksha, etc.) once delivered, except in case of verified transit damage. Users must report damage within 2 days of delivery and provide an unpacking video as proof.

Promotions & Promotional Credits

We may periodically offer promotional credits or trial sessions to new users (e.g., first call/chat offers). These promotional offers are valid only for unique users who have never registered a device ID or phone number on our platform before. Abuse of these offers via multiple registrations will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of credits.

Prohibited Activities, Occult Rules & Penalties

  • Sharing personal contact details (such as phone numbers, emails, or social profiles) between users and astrologers is strictly prohibited.
  • Astrologers are strictly prohibited from suggesting or practicing black magic, vashikaran, or tantrik rituals, and users must report any such attempts to support.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform payment system or soliciting off-platform transactions is strictly prohibited.
  • Penalties: Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance.

Content Disclaimer & Child Safety Policy

Users and astrologers must maintain a respectful environment. We strictly prohibit posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, caste, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse, harassment, bullying, or dangerous illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability, Crisis Disclaimer & Indemnification

Crisis Disclaimer: AstroSolution is not a helpline for suicide prevention. Users experiencing crisis, depression, or suicidal thoughts are strongly advised to seek immediate professional medical help or contact certified suicide prevention helplines, such as AASRA (+91-22-27546669).

Limitation of Liability: AstroSolution, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstroSolution, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or demands arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface designs, software code, and proprietary matchmaking algorithms, is the exclusive intellectual property of AstroSolution and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Account Deactivation & Data Retention

Registered users may request account deactivation at any time by contacting support. Upon deactivation or termination, we reserve the right to retain user information for a reasonable period solely for internal record-keeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue of arbitration in Patiala, Punjab, India. The courts at Patiala, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any interim or injunctive relief.
